Obituary for Mr. Orlando Perez

Orlando Perez, 44, life partner of Paul S. Lostritto, of Beech Island, SC, entered into rest on October 4, 2019, at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orlando Perez, Sr. and Migdalia "Mindy" DelValle.

Surviving with Paul is his sister, Jasmine Lostritto, whom he loved dearly, her life partner Tiffany, and their son Giovanni all of Philadelphia, PA, his niece, Mikala Lostritto, his step-Dad, Ed Swierzcz, of Chester, SC, and he and Paul’s five chihuahua babies - mom and dad: Zoey and Roscoe and their babies, Izzy, Kip and Arlo.

Orlando grew up in Brooklyn, New York. In a chance meeting in 1995 in Philadelphia, he met Paul, the love of his life. After the death of Paul’s father, Orlando and Paul moved to South Carolina. Orlando was a member of the Painter and Allied Trade Local 1756 District Council 77 and also a D.J. A lover of all genres of music, it was country and western music that he and Paul shared a love for. From their first concert seeing Luke Bryan on his Farm tour, they were hooked on country and western. Being V.I.P.’s at all of the concerts they attended, they met and got to know so many country artists. To celebrate their twenty-sixth anniversary, Paul had a very special weekend planned involving their love of country music.
Orlando was loved by so many because he loved them all. He was a beautiful, amazing special soul.

A Celebration of Orlando’s Life will be held privately.

Considering Orlando's love for children and animals, memorials may be made to the SPCA and St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
