Obituary for Mr. David Lee Youngblood

Mr. David Lee Youngblood, 36, of Beech Island, SC, entered into rest on Thursday, January 24, 2019.

Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, he was a 2002 graduate of Midland Valley High School and was a former Machine Press Operator. David was a member of Gloverville First Baptist Church, was an avid Gamer and enjoyed discussing politics…..on his terms. More than anything however, he enjoyed spending time with his children, Courtney, Trevor and Ian Youngblood and Alexis Barton.

In addition to his parents, family members include his parents, Barbara Youngblood and her companion, Randy Blackwell, Warrenville, SC; father, the late Gregory “Pee-Pie” Youngblood, former wife and still friend, Brandi Leigh Youngblood, Beech Island, SC; brother, Kevin Youngblood, Warrenville, SC; MOST FAVORITE AUNT, Lisa Youngblood, Beech Island, SC and grandparents, Buster and Dudley Youngblood, Beech Island, SC, Jo Ann Youngblood, Beech Island, SC and Robert “Bobby” and the late Mae Rollins, Aiken, SC.

The family will greet friends on Sunday, January 27, 2019, beginning at 5 o’clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Graniteville, SC.

A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6 o’clock in the chapel. Pastor Rick DeMedicis will officiate. If so desired, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. (www.woundedwarriorproject.org)
